Uh...

So I can't really think of anything to write except maybe just a catch-up for those of you who are constantly on the edge of your seats, waiting to know what's happened in my life.

I couldn't stand working at PGM so now I work at Pizza Hut, which isn't half as bad as you would think, but probably just because I'm working with 3 of my friends already, and Rich is gonna be working with me sometime soon too :)

Monday's the first day of school at my new school, East Shore, which I'm actually looking forward too. I love a new challenge. And my mom also starts her new teaching job. Yay!

Rancid is playing in The Venue in Salt Lake 3 days before my birthday! Someone must love me.

Rich and Allen are probably gonna be playing a show for my birthday, because I have the coolest boyfriend and the coolest friends ever.

Welp folks, that's about it!

I'm a hero

So yesterday, I was driving with Rich and we almost hit a puppy! It was just kinda standin there in the road, almost getting hit by like 7 more cars, and it was scared stiff so it wasn't going anywhere. So when we were stopped at the light (which takes forever to change anyway) I got out of the car, started walking towards the dang thing so I could move it, and then it ran back to it's house. I'm a total hero.

p.s. Alex, this is so you know that humanity isn't going completely downhill

Serenity now!

So for some reason I just feel like saying that right now, even though things are a little hectic for me, I'm finally feeling good about it. I've finally found my serenity. Thanks everyone, even if you don't know it you've all had a part to play in it, so don't be cheap on yourself. I mean come on, this is a reason to totally go splurge, maybe even buy yourself some nice bubbly (sparkling apple cider you sicko). Thanks everyone.

p.s. Yard sale at my house tomorrow and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We have some cool stuff, and brazilian lemonaid!

Oh my!

Honestly, I think Dark Knight was one of the best movies ever. Too bad it's probably gonna be one of those movies that everyone takes way over board so it gets old but for now, I'm totally lovin it.

Summer complaints

So I'm sitting here thinking summer is supposed to be pretty laid-back and whoop-dee not (just made that up, ah thank you), and then I realize "holy crap I am one stressed out little chick." 1- I find out my dad's leaving to San Antonio, so I'm probably gonna be having to find lots of money for plane tickets. 2- I'm supposed to be going to Disnelyand (YAY!!) in October but, of course I need to find money. 3- I'm almost 18, which just totally blows my mind making me think of how grown up I'm gonna be. 4- and finally we're supposed to be having a yard sale (come check it out, we might have some cool stuff) so I have to go through all of my stuff to see what I do and don't want to keep, which is unfortunate because I tend to be quite the pack-rat. If anyone knows of any job openings, tell me please! I hope everyone else's summer is goin dandy!
